How often do you receive shipments, and how long after delivery will I receive my package?
We receive shipments 4x Weekly Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays!
What are classified as an UNKNOWN PACKAGES?
Any packages that is lacking the courier code specified in the address. We are asking that all of our customers ensure that they include all address information and courier code to prevent your packages from going into UNKNOWN. Once it does you’ll have to pay a fee of $1500.00JMD. It takes up to 1-2 weeks to process the removal of packages from UNKNOWN status.
How do I avoid paying CUSTOMS DUTY on my package/s?
To avoid paying customs duty on your packages, ensure that your orders remain below the value of $100USD. Packages valued over this amount are subject to customs duty charges.
After my packages is delivered to your WAREHOUSE, how long will it take to get to Jamaica?
3-5 working days.
What are restricted items?
Toy guns, pepper spray, any form of weapons including swords, guns, ammunition, radar detectors, unprocessed meat, live animals, firecrackers, explosives, lighters and matches, camouflage, cash etc.
After how many days, will STORAGE FEE starts applying?
Customers will have up to 15 free business days to pick up their packages. Packages stored past the free storage period will incur storage fees of $300 JMD per package per day.
Why do I have to upload my INVOICE?
We have to declare to Jamaica Customs the content and value of each package entering the country through our service. If your invoice is not being provided to our company then customs will the have a delay and there’s a possibility that will inspect the shipment and will add a higher value.
Why do I sometimes receive multiple packages even though I only placed one order with a merchant?
Vendors often ship parts of the same order from different warehouses, or at different times. This means you may receive two or more packages, even though you only placed one order.
